1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and b9com ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at b9com.vip ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, deposit of funds, participation in games, withdrawal of winnings, and receipt of any promotional offer.

Age Verification Process

b9com is committed to preventing underage gambling. At registration and at any point thereafter, b9com may require you to submit valid government-issued documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one b9com account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without refund of bonus balances.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balances derived from gameplay conducted under inaccurate details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9com login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Account Verification

b9com reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to at the point of withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by b9com may result in temporary restriction of account functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the b9com Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9com supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and reflected in your b9com PKR balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers are subject to standard inter-bank processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard before you confirm any transaction. b9com does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which b9com bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. b9com does not charge fees on withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where b9com has reasonable grounds to conduct a compliance review of the relevant account activity. b9com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency & Conversion

All b9com account balances are held in PKR. b9com does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR-denominated accounts. Any foreign exchange differences arising from the use of international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) are applied by the relevant card issuer and are outside b9com's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

b9com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless a promotion is explicitly stated as a "no wagering" offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Abuse of any bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the b9com Platform — including slots, live casino titles, fishing games, Joker Poker, cricket betting, and instant win products — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All casino games on the b9com Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. Live casino titles are broadcast from licensed studios and governed by the rules applicable to the relevant live game format. b9com does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the relevant game providers.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, b9com's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round is final. b9com shall not be liable for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Responsible Gaming

b9com is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, b9com encourages players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or algorithms to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in game logic to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or third-party payment sources not registered in your name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the b9com Platform or its proprietary software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward b9com staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the b9com Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9com or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from reliance on Platform content.

b9com does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any particular game or feature will function without defect. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b9com makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform for any particular purpose.

b9com's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your b9com account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

b9com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring b9com to restrict access to its services.
• Responsible gaming grounds, including where b9com has reasonable concern that continued access to the Platform may cause harm to you.

You may close your b9com account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes are treated as permanent self-exclusion and are processed with priority.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute relating to your b9com account, a transaction, or the outcome of a game, you must first submit a written complaint to b9com support using the contact details provided in Section 14. b9com will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

b9com's decision on game outcome disputes is final where those outcomes have been independently verified as technically correct. Disputes regarding account balances, transaction processing, or bonus calculations will be reviewed based on the available transaction records maintained by b9com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9com is licensed and incorporated. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

b9com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b9com will notify registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the b9com Platform following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
